Warrants that it will repair or replace to the original purchaser without charge, F.O.B. San Diego, CA any products manufactured by it which are returned to the Company, freight prepaid, and found to be by our examination faulty or defective in material or workmanship. The Company will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delays, failure, or any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation, loading, or any other charges in the replacement or repair of defective parts. Equipment resold by us, and not by our manufacture is warranted only to the extent of the original manufacture's warranty. Warranty will not be in force for any merchandise that is not paid for in full to Burro Travel Trailers, L.L.C. or that has been altered in any way.

BURRO TRAVEL TRAILERS, L.L.C. shares no liability for equipment not manufactured by our company. INSPECTION-Items being shipped have been inspected prior to shipment to assure their Burro quality. Packing and crating are designed to assure adequate protection from all normal handling and transportation damage. When shipments are made by common carrier, any claims for shipping damage must be referred to the carrier making the delivery. Upon receipt of your order and deposit, we will forward our invoice confirming the total costs and balance due. The approximate date on which your order will be shipped will also be noted on the invoice to enable you to know when to expect delivery.
